About
I joined BT after graduating from the University of Birmingham in 1997 (feels so long ago now!).
After a long time I began to lose interest in Software Development and moved to the darkside of Project Management. Mercifully, it wasn’t long before I discovered Agile, XP in particular, and my passion for software was rekindled. I remained a PM (as Scrum master), but became more involved with the team than a traditional PM would do.
I’m now coaching Agile within BT, and intend sharing those experiences here. It might also contain references to a number of interests too, from Cycling to Motorsport, photography to DIY.
It also serves as an area to provide much needed improvement in my writing skills.
